Excellent News! For international students, Deakin University Scholarships 2023–2024 are fully funded awards. These scholarships are offered for postgraduate study and come with a $28,900 annual salary, a $500–$1,500 relocation payment, and health insurance.

The DUPR scholarships are supported by Deakin University, while the RTP scholarships (formerly known as APA) are funded by the Australian government. Both prizes are open to domestic and international students. An RTP will only be provided to the best candidates.

Benefits Of Deakin University Scholarships 2023 (Fully Funded):

Deakin University will be offering the following benefits:

  • A tax-free annual stipend of $28,900
  • Relocation assistance ranging from $500 to $1,500 (for single to family) is provided to students who are relocating from out-of-state or abroad to attend Deakin University.
  • For foreign students only: Single Foreign Student Health Cover policy for the duration of the student visa

Eligibility Requirements:

Following are the requirements to be eligible for the scholarship:

  • Required Language: English
  • Eligible Countries: All World countries
  • Regardless of nationality or status as a foreign student, a student must be enrolled in an HDR course of study at Deakin University in order to qualify for an RTP Stipend, RTP Fees Offset, RTP Allowance, or DUPRS.
  • To qualify for an RTP Fee cover, an applicant must not already be receiving an equivalent prize or scholarship from the Commonwealth that is meant to pay for HDR fees.
  • Students who want to receive an RTP or DUPRS stipend must not be getting income from any other source.
  • A first-class Honours degree or a similar level of academic excellence is required of applicants for an RTP or DUPRS Stipend, which must have been earned after at least four years of postsecondary education.
